Our company name is from “Explanation of the Appended Statements” in the Book of Changes (Yijing). ESI Stands for Easiness and Simplicity International. In the Book of Changes (Yijing). The passage goes: “Heaven (乾) knows the great beginning, Earth (坤) gives birth to all things. Heaven uses easiness to understand, Earth uses simplicity to nurture. With easiness, there is understanding; with simplicity, there is compliance. Understanding leads to closeness; compliance leads to achievement. With closeness, one can endure long; with achievement, one can accomplish great things. With easiness and simplicity, the principles of the world are obtained. With the principles of the world obtained, one can attain a position in it.”
